Michele LaFalce has a level of customer care that is truly unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I use the term customer care as apposed to service because she truly cares for her clients. I was new to our company and was handed the task of taking care of all things insurance, I was very overwhelmed (more than a few times) and Michele saved me with her sincere kindness and willingness to educate me in any area I was foggy. I continue to reach out to Michele for things that I am sure may not be part of her actual role and she continues to blow me away with how happy she is to help. It is clear that she loves what she does and has a real passion for seeking knowledge not only for herself but for others as well.
