Being given only very short notice that my cobra insurance coverage won’t be extended due to cancellation of the health care policy at my prior Employer I reached out to Sarah and she has been absolutely wonderful. Great experience! My old agency closed unbeknounced to me. I found out the day before I was picking up my new car. I had to switch to a new agency and time was of the essence. I explained my dilemma to Janice and she got ALL the paperwork and transfers done in no time.
